Shortages

Any shortages must be notified to us in writing within 3 days of the receipt of goods. Failure to do so confirms full and complete delivery and no request can be entertained following this timescale.

Returns

Any returns to ourselves have to be firstly booked with our warehouse within the 3 days of receipt of goods. All returns must then be received by our warehouse within 7 days of the date the goods were received by yourself. All returns must be in the original packaging unused and complete. The full shipping costs are to be met by the purchaser. Garden Marquees at Pineapple Leisure Ltd reserve the opportunity to exchange faulty/returned goods or offer a credit note. When purchasing from this site the buyer accepts these terms in full.

Deliveries

The Buyer should refuse the delivery from the couriers if the order has been delivered short eg 1 Box missing. Pineapple Leisure Ltd cannot offer a refund if the buyer accepts and signs for a part delivery. As we distribute nationally and use independent couriers to transport your goods to you, we cannot accept any responsibility for any lateness in their arrival, due to traffic etc.

On Next Day delivery if your package hasn't arrived by 4.30pm please contact us on 01952 585859 so we can contact the couriers to confirm exactly where your goods are. Delivery is a standard 3 day carriage unless Next Day upgrades are requested and the additional surchages are paid. The couriers will make one delivery attempt. If you are not there to accept your goods that you have ordered, the goods will be taken back to the depot whereby if a re-delivery is made, you will be charged for this, or the goods will need to be collected from the depot. Please note with regards to delivery; all deliveries are curbside only, so please ensure you have the provision in place to accept and move your delivery to the desired place, as this is not undertaken by the contracted courier companies.
